Description

End Mills are used for making shapes and holes in a workpiece during milling, profiling, contouring, slotting, counterboring, drilling and reaming applications. They are designed with cutting teeth on the face and edge of the body and can be used to cut a variety of materials in several directions.

Solid end mills are a stable and flexible concept, designed to work in a wide range of applications. It is developed for roughing to finishing with different engagements in multiple materials.

End mills with unequal pitch and variable inclined angle. It will be the perfect selection for machining materials hard to cut: stainless steel, heat resistant alloy and others. The large helical and rake angle, shape cutting edge, and unique edge geometry can retrain cutting –heat’s influence on tool nose, and greatly improve wear resistance and heat resistance. The coating with good heat resistance can achieve stable machining even at high temperature. Comparing with normal end mills our end mills can help manufacturer to achieve extraordinary surface quality and productivity for harden material.

Its unique design features optimal flutes and tooth geometries, delivering maximum metal removal rates, and enables large chip gullets for efficient chip evacuation and high productivity on most material types.

These end mills are made from a special carbide material and exhibit excellent anti-vibration characteristics.

Solid carbide end mills are produced from ultra fine micro grain carbide that has high resistance towards wear and tear. And when combined with AlTiCrN and TiSiN coatings, these end mills are capable for machining materials that have hardness of up to 65HRC.

If the feed fz is constant, the chip thickness gets thinner as helix angle rises. That means with more helix angle, the chip gets thinner — or you can rise feed rate to increase productivity and load to the cutting edge.

As our carbide end mills are made of tungsten carbide, the performance, quality and lineup have been well established especially for sizes up to 12mm.
